Banana Walnut Cake with Sour Cream and Condensed Milk Topping

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, beat butter and eggs, then stir in mashed bananas.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

For the topping, mix sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cooled cake.

Chill slightly before serving for a firmer topping.
