Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus and Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Tear four large pieces of aluminum foil.

Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil piece.

Arrange asparagus around the salmon.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over salmon and asparagus.

Top each fillet with lemon slices.

Fold the foil over the salmon and seal to create packets.

Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.

Carefully open packets, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
