Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti: A Comforting Cheesy Pasta Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish with chopped parsley or basil if desired before serving.
