Savory Pull-Apart Stuffed Italian Bread

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Using a serrated knife, slice the Italian loaf in a crisscross pattern without cutting all the way through—creating deep pockets.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced onion, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Gently open the bread crevices and spoon or brush the butter mixture into each slit.

Stuff the mozzarella and parmesan cheese into the openings, distributing evenly.

Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the top is golden.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
