Roasted Parmesan Creamed Onions: A Symphony of Flavor

Place the halved onions on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the onions for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are tender and golden brown.

Transfer the roasted onions to a skillet over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, allowing the cream to thicken slightly.
