Refreshing Green Apple Sangria

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced green apples, lemon, and lime.

Pour in the white wine and apple brandy (if using). Stir in the sugar or honey until dissolved.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld.

Just before serving, add sparkling water or club soda and plenty of ice cubes.

Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Serve chilled in glasses with some fruit slices.
