Preheat your oven to about 100°C (210°F).
Fill a baking tray with hot water and add one dishwasher tablet, allowing it to dissolve a bit.
Place the tray on the middle rack inside the oven.
Close the oven door and let the steam work for 30 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let it cool slightly.
Remove the tray carefully.
Wipe down the oven interior with a damp kitchen sponge. The grime and grease will come off easily thanks to the steam and tablet.
