Top each fillet with slices of tomato and onion.
Spread mayonnaise lightly over the chicken and vegetables.
Place boiled egg slices evenly over the top.
Cover the dish with cheese, distributing it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
