Oat-Flour Dough: A Healthy Flour and Sugar Alternative

In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the neutral oil and warm water gradually while stirring, until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface (use oat flour) until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 6 to 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Roll each ball into a flat circle or pocket shape, about 5 mm thick.

Fill with your favorite fillings if desired, then seal the edges.

Cook pockets on a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
