Marble Cake Recipe

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf or bundt cake pan.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the lemon yogurt and sunflower oil, mixing well until smooth.

Gradually add the flour, mixing gently to combine into a smooth batter.

Divide the batter into two equal parts. To one part, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.

Pour half of the plain batter into the prepared pan, then add half of the chocolate batter on top. Repeat with the remaining batters.

Use a knife or skewer to swirl the batters together, creating the marble effect.

Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
