How to Remove Plaque From Your Teeth in Just 2 Minutes

Wet your toothbrush and apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. For extra plaque-fighting power, you can sprinkle a small amount of baking soda on the toothpaste.

Brush your teeth using gentle, circular motions, focusing on the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. Make sure to brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.

If using, rinse your mouth with a mixture of equal parts hydrogen peroxide and water for 30 seconds, then spit it out (do not swallow).

Floss between your teeth to remove plaque and food particles from spaces your brush can’t reach.

Rinse thoroughly with water.
