Pour the milk into a large pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, slowly pour in the Coca-Cola while stirring gently. The milk will start to curdle immediately.
Add the lemon juice to help separate the curds further. Continue stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes so the curds fully separate from the whey.
Line a colander with cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel. Pour the curdled mixture through the cloth to strain out the whey.
Gather the cloth edges and squeeze out excess liquid. Add salt to taste and mix well.
Press the curds into a firm block or shape and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
