Guilt-Free Chocolate Banana Bites – A Two-Ingredient Dessert Done Right

Peel the bananas and cut them into evenly sized slices, about 1 cm thick.

Line a tray with parchment paper and place the banana slices in a single layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, or microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.

Stir in the cinnamon powder and vanilla essence if using.

Remove the frozen banana slices from the freezer. Dip each slice into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer, then place back onto the lined tray.

Once all slices are coated, return them to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set.

Serve straight from the freezer or let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
