Grandma’s Classic Peach Cobbler

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined to form a batter.

Pour the melted butter into a 9x9 inch baking dish.

Pour the batter over the melted butter evenly — do not stir.

Spoon the peaches evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir. The batter will rise up around the peaches as it bakes.

Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cobbler is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
