Feta-Parmesan Roasted Stuffed Dates: Sweet and Savory Delight

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Carefully slice each Medjool date along one side, creating a pocket without cutting all the way through.

Stuff each date with a piece of feta cheese.

Place the stuffed dates on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese evenly over the dates.

Top with finely chopped walnuts and rosemary.

Drizzle a small amount of honey over each date for sweetness.

Roast in the oven for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the walnuts are toasted.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
