Easy and Super Moist Banana Bread for Beginners

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the melted butter (or oil), brown sugar, egg (or flaxseed egg), and vanilla extract to the bananas; mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
