Introduction
Looking for a light, fuss-free dessert that comes together with just a few ingredients? This No-Bake Milk Pudding is a smooth, gently sweet treat made with only three simple components: milk, sugar, and gelatin. Ideal for both beginners and seasoned home cooks, this classic dessert delivers creamy texture and versatile flavor in every spoonful.
Ingredients
2 cups (500 ml) whole milk
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder (or 4 gelatin sheets, softened)
How to make
In a small saucepan, combine the milk and sugar. Gently heat over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Do not let the milk boil.
If using gelatin powder, dissolve it in 4 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. If using sheets, soak them in cold water for 5–10 minutes until softened.
Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the milk from heat. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved and smooth.
Pour the mixture into small bowls or ramekins. Let them cool slightly at room temperature before refrigerating.
Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
