Crispy Pork Chop with Pickled Cucumber and Cheese Filling

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Carefully cut a pocket into each pork chop, being careful not to cut all the way through.

In a bowl, mix the processed cheese, chopped parsley, and chopped pickled cucumbers until well combined.

Season the pork chops inside and out with salt and black pepper.

Stuff each pork chop pocket with the cheese and cucumber mixture. Use toothpicks to seal if necessary.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Sear each pork chop for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Remove toothpicks before serving.
