In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the minced garlic.
In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, coating well.
Then dip into the egg and garlic mixture.
Finally, coat the strips evenly with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
