Creamy Lotus Biscoff Dessert Cups – A No-Bake Delight

Prepare the custard: In a saucepan, mix custard powder and sugar with a few tablespoons of the milk to make a smooth paste.

Add the remaining milk, place the saucepan over medium heat, and cook while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool completely.

Whip the cream: In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Crush the biscuits: Reserve a few biscuits for garnish, then crush the rest into fine crumbs.

Assemble the cups: In serving glasses, layer crushed biscuits, a spoonful of custard, and a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers as desired.

Garnish with reserved biscuit crumbs or a whole Biscoff biscuit on top.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
