Creamy Chicken Spinach Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, approximately 2–3 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to simmer and thicken slightly for 2–3 minutes.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated in the creamy sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
