Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add cooked chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and warm through.
In a large bowl, combine the white sauce, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the cooked penne and chicken mixture, making sure pasta is fully coated with the creamy sauce.
Transfer everything into a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
