Ingredients:
4 potatoes, grated
3 spring onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 carrot, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1 glass (about 250 ml) milk
200 g flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: herbs like parsley or dill for extra flavor
How to Make:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped spring onions, chopped bell pepper, and grated carrot.
Add the beaten eggs and milk, mixing well.
Gradually add the flour, stirring until everything is well combined into a thick batter.
Season with salt and pepper (and herbs if using).
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
