Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, mix vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove and cool.

Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, beating until combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool completely.

Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions using cold milk. Chill for 5 minutes.

Spread sliced bananas evenly over the cooled cheesecake layer. Pour the pudding over the bananas, spreading smoothly.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until pudding is set.

Top with whipped cream and extra banana slices before serving.
