Baked Chicken Drumsticks: The Recipe to Make Them Tasty and Juicy

Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and minced garlic (if using). Mix until smooth.

Marinate the chicken: Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Massage to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly oil it.

Bake the chicken: Arrange the marinated drumsticks on the baking sheet. Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest and serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving for best juiciness.
