Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with salt and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Gradually add the vegetable oil, fresh orange juice, and orange zest, mixing well after each addition.
Sift the flour and baking powder together, then gently fold them into the wet mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes before serving.
