Ingredients:

2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers

2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers

1 tablespoon dried peppermint leaves

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 cup warm water

Clean cotton cloth or small towel

How to make:

Combine the dried lavender, chamomile, peppermint, and rosemary in a bowl.

Pour the warm water over the herbs and let steep for 10–15 minutes to release their natural oils and fragrances.

Soak the cotton cloth or small towel in the herbal infusion until fully saturated.

Wring out excess liquid gently to avoid dripping.

Fold the cloth and apply it directly to the painful areas on your back or neck.

Leave the compress in place for 15–20 minutes, allowing the warmth and herbal properties to penetrate the muscles.

Repeat as needed, up to 2–3 times per day.
