Slim & Sweet: Banana Cocoa Oatmeal Bake (No Sugar, No Gluten)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and grated apple.

Add the oatmeal, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir well until the mixture is evenly combined.

Let the batter sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb moisture.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is firm and slightly golden.

Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.
