Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add sliced steak to the pan and cook until browned but still tender, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.
In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Add snap peas to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Add cooked noodles, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through and well coated.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
