1 medium cucumber
1 lemon, peeled
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 cup filtered water
How to make:
Wash and chop the cucumber and lemon into smaller pieces.
Place cucumber, lemon, grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, and honey (if using) into a blender.
Add filtered water and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture if desired for a smoother texture.
Pour into a glass and drink fresh, preferably before bedtime or in the morning.
