Savory French Dip Biscuits with Juicy Roast Beef

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate each biscuit and flatten slightly.

Layer a slice of roast beef and cheese on each biscuit, then fold over and pinch the edges to seal.

Place sealed biscuits on the baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.

Bake for 13–16 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

While baking, prepare the au jus: In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Serve the biscuits warm with a small bowl of au jus for dipping.
