Ingredients:
3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices thick-cut bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How to make:
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cook the bacon slices in a skillet until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper (optional) and grill for 6–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
