Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain them well, reserving a small amount of pasta water if needed for later.
While the noodles cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until aromatic but not browned.
Return the chicken to the skillet and toss it in the garlic butter sauce. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
For the noodles, melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter in a separate pan. Add the drained noodles and toss to coat them evenly in butter. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper, and toss once more.
Plate the buttered noodles and top with the garlic butter chicken. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
