Quick and Flavorful Flatbread Pizza with Marinated Cherry Tomatoes and Salami

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.

Place the flatbreads on a clean surface. Optionally, brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness.

Evenly spread the marinated cherry tomatoes and Italian mozzarella over the flatbreads.

Layer the sliced salami on top of the tomatoes. Add fresh mozzarella balls as desired.

Arrange the flatbreads in the air fryer basket without overlapping.

Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles, and the flatbread edges turn golden and crisp.

Remove from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil if desired. Slice and serve warm.
