Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. If they are larger baby potatoes, halve them to ensure even cooking.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, ground coriander, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Meanwhile, mix the melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
After 30 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven, drizzle the garlic butter over them, and sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly on top.
Return the potatoes to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy and the breadcrumbs form a crunchy crust.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
