Soak almonds in water overnight. In the morning, peel off the skins for easier digestion.
Warm the milk gently in a saucepan over low heat. Do not bring it to a boil.
In a blender, combine the soaked almonds and pitted dates with a few tablespoons of the warm milk. Blend until smooth.
Add the almond-date paste back into the remaining warm milk. Stir well to combine.
Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
