Lentil-Based Gluten-Free Cheese Bread

Rinse and drain the soaked lentils thoroughly.

Add lentils, eggs, yogurt, and salt into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the baking powder and grated cheese.

Line a loaf pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool slightly before slicing.
