Hearty Deep Hamburger Sausage & Pepperoni Pie

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, Italian sausage, and chopped onion until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors. Remove from heat.

Unroll one pie crust and place it in a deep 9-inch pie dish, pressing gently to cover the bottom and sides.

Layer half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on the crust.

Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly over the cheese layer.

Add a layer of sliced pepperoni, then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges by pinching or crimping. Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
