5 g (1 tsp) dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
100 g (1 cup) grated cheese (cheddar or gouda)
1–2 tbsp poppy seeds (plus extra for topping)
