Clove Infusion to Soothe Cough and Clear the Lungs

Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil in a small pot.

Add the Cloves:

Add the whole cloves to the boiling water and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Steep and Strain:

Remove from heat and let the cloves steep for another 5 minutes.

Strain and pour the warm infusion into a cup.

Drink:

Sip slowly while the tea is still warm.

Drink 2 times a day (morning and evening) for at least 3 consecutive days for best results.
