Classic Homemade Pizza with Fresh Vegetable Toppings

In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil, then knead until smooth dough forms (about 8-10 minutes).

Cover dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then layer with cheese and vegetable toppings.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
