Beef and Broccoli Noodle Stir-Fry

In a bowl, mix the beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned and just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining vegetable oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), and toss everything together to combine well.

Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until heated through and well mixed.

Serve immediately while hot.
