Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Finely chop or mince the chicken meat until it reaches a sausage-like consistency.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, smoked paprika, and dried garlic. Mix well until all spices are evenly distributed.
Gently fold in the cheese cubes, ensuring they are evenly spread throughout the mixture.
Shape the mixture into sausage-like logs or use a sausage mold if available.
Place the formed sausages inside a roasting sleeve to keep them moist during baking. Seal the sleeve according to package instructions.
Place the roasting sleeve on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 30–40 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden.
Remove from the oven, carefully cut open the sleeve, and let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.
