Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil, enough to wrap each foot completely.
Clean and dry your feet thoroughly.
Wrap each foot snugly with the aluminum foil, covering from toes to ankles.
Optional: place a warm towel or wear socks over the foil to keep it in place and maintain warmth.
Keep the wraps on for 20-30 minutes, allowing the foil to work its effect.
Remove the foil and gently massage your feet to stimulate circulation.
