Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Season the steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Crush the garlic cloves slightly and add them along with the rosemary sprig to the skillet.
Place the steak in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Baste the steak occasionally with the flavored oil and garlic.
Remove the steak and let it rest for a few minutes to retain juices.
Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast them in the skillet until golden.
Slice the rested steak thinly and layer it inside the toasted ciabatta. Drizzle any remaining garlic and rosemary-infused oil over the steak for extra flavor.
Close the sandwich, cut in half, and serve immediately.
