Ingredients:
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, sliced into strips
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
4 tablespoons tomato puree
Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
How to make:
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it onto a baking tray or pizza stone.
Spread the tomato puree evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Scatter the sliced onion and green pepper evenly over the sauce.
Generously sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
