Ingredients:
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 liter of water
How to make:
Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
Once boiling, add the sliced ginger to the water. Reduce heat and let it simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the ginger’s flavor and benefits to infuse the water.
Remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
