Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a large bowl, combine the minced meat with 4 eggs, tomato paste, soy sauce, and flour. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface and place the meat mixture in the center.
Spread the grated cheese over the meat mixture evenly.
Carefully fold the puff pastry over the filling, sealing the edges to prevent leakage.
Beat the remaining egg and brush it over the pastry for a golden finish.
Place the wrapped pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for about 25–30 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
While baking, mix the mayonnaise as a side or topping accompaniment.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve with mayonnaise on the side.
