Pumpkin Oreo Balls — A Festive No-Bake Treat

Place the Pumpkin Spice Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Alternatively, place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Combine with cream cheese:
In a large bowl, mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until fully blended into a dough-like mixture.

Form balls:
Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill:
Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Dip in chocolate:
Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts according to package instructions. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, and place back on parchment paper.

Set and serve:
Allow the coated balls to set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until the chocolate hardens.
