Introduction:
Looking for a delicious and easy party dish that doesn’t require frying? These oven-baked party schnitzels are tender, juicy, and loaded with flavor. Topped with melted cheese, garlic, and onions, they’re perfect for gatherings, family dinners, or meal prepping. This baked version is not only convenient but also lighter than traditional pan-fried schnitzels.

Ingredients:

4 pork schnitzels

200 g grated cheese (e.g., Gouda or Emmental)

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

200 ml cooking cream

1 tsp paprika powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

How to make:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Season the schnitzels on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Place them in a lightly greased baking dish in a single layer.

In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, garlic, and cooking cream together.

Pour the cream mixture evenly over the schnitzels.

Sprinkle grated cheese generously on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the schnitzels are cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
